 \, honoring the life of Pam Zelewski on June 14 at 11am here at LUMC. Pam 
 was a beloved member of our church family and a faithful voice in the choi
 r for many years. We give thanks for her life\, her music\, and her witnes
 s to Christ’s love. All are welcome as we celebrate her legacy and lift 
 up her memory in worship and song.\n \nObituary:\nPam Zelewski\, a 38-yea
 r resident of Leander\, Texas\, was born on December 27th\, 1947 at Lincol
 n General Hospital\, Lincoln\, Nebraska\, to Dale and Betty (Moxham) Eickm
 an.\nOn May 17\, 2025 the Lord called Pam home to sing with the heavenly c
 hoir.\nPam attended grade school\, high school\, and business college in N
 ebraska. Pam started her working career as a table server at Gillan’s Ca
 fé in Seward\, Nebraska\, when she was 12 years old. After completing bus
 iness college Pam worked for Bruning Couplers\, followed by 5 years at Der
 by Refining in Lincoln\, Nebraska. Her next employment was as the Administ
 rative Assistant to the Grand Exalted Ruler of the International Elks Orga
 nization. In 1976 Pam\, along with husband\, Chuck\, moved to Schaumberg\,
  Illinois (a suburb of Chicago) where she worked for Xerox Learning System
 s. When several of the principal salespeople left Xerox and started their 
 own Learning System business\, Pam also left Xerox and became an entrepren
 eur starting PCA Inc.\, an office support business. In the fall of 1987 Pa
 m relocated to Leander\, Texas\, where she began a new career\, with Texas
  Nuclear\, in radiation safety training\, radiation stakeholder auditing\,
  and radiation device management. As time went on Pam’s mentor at Texas 
 Nuclear left to start his own company\, Radiation Technology\, and brought
  Pam along as a trainer and technician working with Radioactive Measuring 
 devices. When Pam’s mentor at Radiation Technology passed away\, Pam bec
 ame co-owner of the corporation\, eventually becoming the principal stockh
 older and President.\nPam had a lifelong love of music. She played violin\
 , flute\, piano\, organ\, and had a terrific singing voice. Pam loved to s
 ing gospel and barbershop music.\nPam is survived by her husband (Chuck)\,
  daughter (Susan)\, 3-brothers (Larry\, Ted\, and Steve)\, and a sister (D
 orothy)\, numerous in-laws\, cousins\, nieces\, and nephews.\nA memorial s
 ervice will be held on June 14th\, 2025 at 11:00 am\; at Leander United Me
 thodist Church\, 107 S West Dr.\, Leander\, Texas.\nIn lieu of flowers\, p
 lease consider a donation to Comforts of Home Hospice\, The Alzheimer’s 
 Association\, or the Leander United Methodist Church.
