Charge Conference: A Time to Give Thanks and Look Ahead

Saturday, November 9 at 3:00 p.m. | Pflugerville UMC

Each fall, United Methodist congregations gather for what’s called a Charge Conference—a time to celebrate how God has been at work among us, to name the ministry leaders who will serve in the coming year, and to look ahead with hope and vision.

This year’s Charge Conference will be held on Sunday, November 9 at 3:00 p.m. at Pflugerville UMC. It’s part worship, part celebration, and part conversation about where the Spirit is leading us next.

Everyone is welcome to attend. Even if you’ve never been to a Charge Conference before, you’ll get a glimpse of the connectional nature of our church—how we’re linked with other congregations across our district in shared mission and ministry.

Come ready to celebrate what God has done and to imagine together what’s still possible.
