In the story of David and Goliath, David does not defeat the giant by becoming someone else. He does not wear Saul’s armor or pretend to be a soldier. Instead, David uses what he already knows: the skills, experience, courage, and tools he developed as a shepherd.
As a church, we believe God has already placed gifts within this community. Some are obvious. Some may feel ordinary. Some may even seem small. But all of them matter.
