United Methodist Youth Fellowship
Our programs for youth, grades 6-12 are designed to allow teens to learn that living a life of faith is not only fun, but also helpful as they confront the challenges of their teen years.
Sunday school classes for middle school and high school youth takes place at 9:45 am in the Upper Room.
Our youth Sunday school curriculum focuses on weathering struggles of the tween years through high school stages while focusing on a Godly perspective. As young Christians, our youth explore all aspects of the Bible and relate concepts and lessons to everyday life.
sunday night youth fellowship
UMYF meets on Sundays at 5:00 pm for snacks, fellowship, recreation, and study. Youth learn that to experience living a life of faith is not only fun, but also helpful as they confront the challenges of their teen years.
We value the safety of our children and youth and take seriously our responsibility to lead them well. We follow the safety policy and procedure guidelines as set by the Rio Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. All volunteers must pass a thorough background check by an outside agency and complete a safety training and certification course. You can learn more about our policy and guidelines HERE.
Meet at the church at 3:00 to go to Georgetown for a scavenger hunt on the Square.
