Changing the World October | Week One

This October, we’re doing something a little different with our Changing the World Offering! Instead of supporting one organization throughout the entire month, we’ll highlight a different ministry or community partner each week.

This week’s offering supports the Texas Wesley Foundation of Austin, a United Methodist campus ministry serving students at the University of Texas at Austin, Austin Community College, and other colleges throughout the Austin area.

Texas Wesley provides an inclusive community where students can explore their faith, form meaningful friendships, and grow as leaders. Through worship, small groups, shared meals, retreats, service opportunities, and pastoral support, students are given space to deepen their relationship with God and find a place of belonging during an important season of life.

Texas Wesley’s mission is to build generations of Christ-followers and empower leaders to change the world. Your Changing the World gifts help make this ministry and its work with Austin-area college students possible.

Thank you for giving generously as we spend October learning about and supporting several organizations doing meaningful work in our community and beyond!
