What if the Bible wasn’t about having the right answers… but about honest questions?

The Bible is filled with wisdom, beauty, and complexity—but for many, the ways it’s been talked about in the past have left people feeling shut out or unheard. Common Space is a place to explore the Bible differently: with openness, honesty, and curiosity.

What to Expect:

  • Real Conversation: This isn’t a lecture or a traditional Bible study. No homework. No rigid agenda. No “right answers.”
  • Shared Voices: Each week we read a short handout together, then open the floor for reflections, questions, and insights.
  • Fresh Perspectives: Everyone is encouraged to bring their experiences and ideas. Together, we uncover new ways these ancient stories can speak to our lives today.

When & Where:

  • Starting September 10
  • Wednesdays at 6:00 PM
  • Rock House Room, Leander United Methodist Church (107 S. West Drive, Leander, TX 78641)
  • Zoom option available—email rjacobson@leanderumc.org for the link

Why Join?
Because the Bible deserves more than one voice—and so do you. Whether you’ve been reading it for years or you’re just curious, this is a space for open conversation and deeper understanding.
