Over the past few weeks, our Entrusted stewardship series has invited us to reflect on the many gifts God has placed in our care and what it means to use those gifts faithfully. As we bring this series to a close, we're reminded that stewardship isn't simply about what we give financially. It's about how we live, how we love, and how we use what we've been given to make a difference in the world around us.
Each of us has something unique to offer. Some share their gifts through teaching, music, or leadership. Others offer their time to serve behind the scenes, extend a helping hand to a neighbor, or provide financial support that makes our ministries possible. No gift is too small, and every act of generosity helps strengthen the body of Christ.
This Sunday, October 25, is Commitment Sunday! As we gather for worship, we invite everyone to prayerfully consider how they feel called to support the life and ministries of Leander United Methodist Church in the coming year through their prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness.
Please bring your completed commitment card to worship this Sunday. Additional cards will be available for anyone who needs one, or commitments may be submitted through our online form by clicking here.
Thank you for the countless ways you already give of yourselves to make LUMC a welcoming, caring, and active community of faith. We are grateful for all that we've accomplished together and look forward to the many ways God will continue working through us.
Many gifts. One body. One shared calling to love and serve.
